Summary
In September 1922, the Circus Salmagundi arrives in Victoria, B.C. to perform at the distinguished Willows Exhibition Grounds, but a motorcar mishap leads Rose the Tattooed Lady to the residence of a gentleman doctor. While there, his invalid niece suffers a seizure, providing the perfect distraction for the theft of a family heirloom: a tiara of diamonds and sapphires.
